R4-O4 and MARA both have their hair and eye colors changed: from thematically purple to ginger hair + cyber glass nocturnal eyes
Glory has her hair color reverted to vanilla (silver) while her eye color is now mech yellow
Kay hair style changed to be more practical for a caravan doc. Eye color changed to Nebula green
Professor Scara: changed head skin type: Old → Young; changed complexion and facial structure to that of Germanic (as much as i could picture)
Sarah (Conrad Kellogg’s wife): reimagined to look somewhat like default Nora to incite stronger player emotion (if seeing Nora really minded Kellogg of his own wife Sarah, then the two women would have to look somewhat convincingly similar to incite that emotion, right?)
Abigail Finch: changed her complexion and features to one that is closer to what the rest of the Finch family looks like.
Katherine Pinn: hairstyle (Soundwave) replaced with a more "modest" and "teacher-like" one (Azar Ponytail 5)
Tony Salvodi: now looks more recognizble to his vanilla look
Genevieve: now has the Soundwave hairstyle and a vaguely Norman face (makes sense given her high-end social status in Diamond City)
Cherry: now has a face modeled after the “MARA“ unit. It is assumed that she and R4-O4 were from the same line of synth production
Overseer Gwen: removed blemishes; she lives in a sanitary vault, after all
Rachel: gave a slightly fancier hair and made her more skinny but larger. She's a doctor in Vault 81, so it makes sense she has a hairstyle that is moderately professional without sacrificing style

Lunar New Year seems a good time to do an update.
Depending on how folks react to it, I may or may not need to write and explain why I changed the Finch family parents the way I did. On a side note, since the Overseer who shows up in R4-O4's personal quest never got a name and is a villain who I, like many players, shot and left to die, I thought it'd be appropriate to give him the name of a Saturday morning villain: Kai-Shek. Name sounds fancy? You can google and find out. Now we can all shoot him feeling even better about ourselves. Like I said. Saturday morning villain.
I also updated Margaret from the TFTC mod to remove her red nose blemish. It makes sense that the synth body she chooses is free from such human conditions.
