It lets you recruit Miranda from Acadia after you complete Acadian Ideals (so after you help Faraday and Chase).
Note: I added some voice lines to her (including Hello, Trade and "workshop assignment" Comfirm lines) to make it more immersive.
Recruiting Miranda from Acadia
Installation:
Whenever you like, though in order for you to be able to recruit her, she has to be alive.
Requirements:
Far Harbor DLC.
