Great mod, it's really making my character perfect! Can you make it able to use on companion?

I'm trying to make my character look like the fourth image but I'm not having any luck making this work. When I choose that preset, my character looks like they have no neck at all. Am I missing something here? What's the process to get this working?

EDIT: Now my character has this weird chest distortion

After a lot of work, I've come up with a solution.
Open the nana311.cfg file and change the CME_Neck and CME_Head to as follows:
      CME_Neck, 0.95, 1.3, -0.2, 0, 0, 0, 0CME_HEAD, 1.2, -1.2, -1.0, 0, 0, 0, 0

This changes the alignment on the X axis for both, basically bringing the neck up and the head down.  I also Added a body to the reference skeleton in the .NIF file so I could see all the changes.  I can't share due to permissions on both the skeleton and the body I used but it's simple to make.

      Open the skeleton.nif
      Open NEW Window
Grab a full body nif file drag to new window
click arrow next to "0 NiNode"
Scroll to bottom and find BSSubIndex TriShape
Right Click that and go down to "Copy Branch"
      Go back to the skeleton.nif
      Right click "0 NiNode"
      "Paste Branch"
Save as something easy to recognize EX: SkeletonWithBody.nif
