- Added a hotfix for TFTC for precombines to be ignored on two references for a quest. Added one more reference in f3dnpcVault75a to have the non-occular flag.
- Merged all the optional files into a fomod. Added a Compat Grabbag for the mods PRP supports.

  Rebuilt precombines and previs for all mods.
  Did the Clean method for the TFTC and Fourville precombine patch. I think load order for this shouldn't matter
  Forgot to mention I set something to false in F4 creation kit fixes while doing this build.
