This series is a must-have for my playthroughs. As I clear out the north- Sanctuary, Abernathy, the USAF station, etc.- and work my way south I add this mod. Once the Castle is taken I add in the checkpoints. Clearing and taking Hangman's Alley and wiping out the raiders along the river, add more, etc. It helps create the sense of the Minutemen slowly restoring order and security to the Commonwealth that the vanilla game sorely lacked.
I still have a few ideas for other small outposts.

Nice that there are still many ideas in the minds of the players. I always found it stupid to simply forget good locations or to let idiots move in.
I like nice little immersive mods like this. You should make every radio station a Minuteman base as it just make sense they would take over those places. I would wait for Sim Settlements upcoming chapter before you do too much on this mod though because I hear its gonna do something similar and I don't wanna see you work just to get overshadowed by such a huge mod.
this is just t let people know this mod is incompatible with sims settlements 2 story the quest is to get the com hub but it can be loaded after you clear all the quest and locations this mod changes
I have yet to download this mod as I am currently redoing my load order from the ground up for a new playthrough. That being said, I WILL be downloading this once I get to a point where I feel like it would be a good time to see the minutemen taking back over within the realm of the story. I don't have the scripting knowledge to even think about trying it myself, but I would love to see either yourself, or with your permission, a modder with the know how to make these things happen as a questline, like what We are the Minutemen could have been. Will be endorsing regardless once I download this and several of your other mods.
Also, as a side note, my little brother is autistic, so much respect for what you are capable of.
I'm really looking forward to trying this out. I hate when raiders move right back to places I've cleared. Especially late game. Thanks for sharing it!

Let you know that there is a problem with the quest-Return The Favor,
where you have to find the Abernathy Locket at Olivia.
It seems there is a Large Crate on top of tool box where the locket is in it and the crate is preventing access to tool box.
(Have to use cmd console - TCL to get through crate).
