About this mod

Oberland Station has never been special to me for a settlement. It's size and steep terrain really didn't do anything for me. Well if you fell the same try out my Vanilla build. It's 21 settler ready. And will become one of your go to blueprints when you start another game.

                                                   Oberland Station

Oberland stations weird terrain has put me off from ever building a settlement here before. I finally made a settlement here that I liked and wanted to share it with you. This blueprint has everything a settlement needs to thrive. It's ready for up to 21 settlers. It has a gate around its boarders. Plenty or defense and a marketplace that you'll be sure to find what you need. This Blueprint features:

  • Vanilla build
  • Gated community
  • Marketplace
  • 30 water production
  • 100 power
  • 160 defense
  • 21 settlers ready
  • Roofed beds for all 21 settlers

This is a Vanilla build so its easy on your system. This has everything a Lone Wanderer could need and want. This is a small build, but it will quickly become one of your favorites and go to blueprints when starting a new game. Or want to place it in one of your old games.

The only mod you will need is the Transfer Settlements mod. I have a link on the file download section. If for some reason the file doesn't place the file in the correct place. Then the mod won't read the file. If this happens go to your Fallout4 folder. then follow this: Data/F4SE/PLUGINS/TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS/BLUEPRINTS... Place the #3 folder in the blueprints folder. Then load up the game. You're all set. If you need more in depth help then go to the Transfer Settlements page. Here is a link: Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

I hope you enjoy this settlement. I hope to bring more settlements in the future.

Thank you
