In the syringer crafting menu I have an item called: Bloatfly Larva. It does not have the word "syringe" after, it only says Bloatfly Larva. Meaning all the bloatfly larva I find outside instantly converts to the Bloatfly Larva Syringe. So that is why I have 15 BF. Larva syringe in my inventory although I have never crafted any.
I use Immersive Scrapping Scrap scrap Valdacil's Item sorting + DEF UI
I will check if those change something about the syringes. It seems that either the naming is bad, or there is some logical problems with 2 items pointing to the same logical entry.
OK, I checked. I use Scrap Dead things, which has an entry: ALCH00058AEA as output when I scrap a dead bloatfly The same data (ALCH00058AEA) is in your Bloatfly Larva (syringe) item at its created item entry.
Meaning whenever I scrap a dead bloatfly, i get the item ALCH00058AEA ( named: bloatfly larva ) but it equals your syringe as it is ALCH00058AEA too.
So...either you used the wrong data here, or the Scrap Dead Things modder. I try to check which...

So it seems to be a "problem" with the Scrap Dead Things mod, since that has Bloatfly larva (3pcs) as its output when I scrap a dead bloatfly. I think I tell that modder to consider decreasing the amount.
Aaaaaaanyway,..it was nice to look inside mods with FO4Edit.
to clarify, there is the Bloatfly gland that drops from dead bloatflies, which is normally used to make syringes or just scrap to acid, there is the "bloatfly larva syringe", and then there is *another* item in the game files called "bloatfly larva" which is not the BL syringe but is treated by the game as a syringe? and for some reason Scrap Everything mistakenly turns scrapped bloatflies into this third item (rather than, one might presume was intended, the bloatfly gland)?
oh i have a suggestion... make a gun that fires radscorpions that explode into molerats that explode into grenades that explode into nuka cola and/ or bottlecaps... thatd be AWESOME C:

- installed the x3 version, it still gives me 1 syringe per craft.
- it doesn't automatically recognizes lead from items, even though I have 29 pencils. I thought it's because I'm using Valdacil's Item sorting, but it doesn't affect ammo from the crafting workbenches mod (which just automatically disassembles junk for lead, just like all other crafting), so it can't be it.
- add support for crafting workbenches mod, I think it adds a category of x10 recipes, which are still using old ingredients, also consider if I'm using x3 variant of this mod, so it would be x30
I may have fixed the pencil problem, sorry about that. I made a simple mistake, lol.
But with the crafting mod you have, you will have a conflict if it edits the Syringe output.
You'll need to either use just one of the mods, or edit them in FO4Edit to create, 3, 10, or 30 syringes, if it does conflict. (This is because I set the created object count to 3, or 5, and the crafting mod sets it to 10. I believe if there is a conflict, it uses the vanilla value, which is 1, which would explain why you're only getting one syringe.)
Either that, or I could create a x10 version, and so on.
Edit: It may also conflict with the crafting components, possibly. It might actually work fine in that regard.
You may try re-downloading now to see if it recognizes components correctly.

If you've already updated/fixed stuff and have uploaded new versions, then change the version from 1.0 to 1.1 or something - that's the whole reason of versioning.
