Great resource! Quick question, how did you manage to create the water animation? I wish to learn so I can create custom water foams for my mod but I couldn't find any clear tutorial for this.
The water animation is a mesh overlay with an animated texture (UVs). Several examples in the game to look at. For example, InsTerraceWater01.nif, FXWaterfall512x128.nif, and FXWaterfall1500x128 are some good examples to look at. The tricky part is adjusting the speed.
