   Nice work ! Heads up that the Normal map and spec map are not in F4's format so it looks very flat ingame.

   I extracted the files in the data folder but nothing seems to work. Any idea why?

      meshes, textures, materials in your game Data? check if the files were copied correctly

      This is the first Fallout 4 mod I've downloaded. I tried other mods without plugins, installed them manually and they didn't work either.

   Will this also retexture and fix placement for the Vault 4 Bobblehead Stand for users of Fourville?
   
   UPdate: Waaaay late but it does as all that the mod responsible did was make duplicate standalone bobbles utilizing the same skin (and placement) while giving each a suitably altered effect.

    This is pretty cool, I like it, makes the original stand pretty hard to go back to now. I hadn't even noticed the bobbleheads were misaligned.
