Deleted the mod. Getting a message that I have missing addons. I was originally under the impression that this mod only required the DLC, guess I was wrong. In the future, it would be helpful if the mod author would actually list the required addons instead of giving some vague "have all the addons installed" message. Too bad too, looked like the settlement had a decent theme.
