    how can this settlement plan require both sim settlements and sim settlements 2 when they are incompatible with each other?

    hello i got all required mods but when i loaded your blueprint i was missing WVz_SimSAddon.esp- for the life of me i could not find it hope you can help i really enjoyed the look of your settlement and would like to use it for myself

    Hi, i'd just like to say i have NO idea how to make my sanctuary like this, ive downloaded all the needed mods but i dont know how to apply this city plan, any chance you could help me out?

      When you have all the mods be sure to place my file in the corresponding folder in your Fallout 4 storage "F4SE".
      When you have that in plase load up the game with all the mods active. You'll see in your Pipboy go to  Items - Misc
      And you'll see at the very bottom [Settings} Transfer Settlements holotape. Insert it and select the options you want to do. I do recommend you NUKE the settlement First. And there may still a few things that need to be taken out. But load the settlement afterwards Nuking the settlement and It will start loading the settlement. Hopefully this helps you out. You can go to the Transfer Settlements page and there are detailed instructions if this doesn't help you out.

    An aerial shot, or two, would give people a better idea of the layout of your settlement.

      Thanks. Now that I can see the layout, I have some observations.

      I query the need for a boat of that size. After all, it's a very small body of water.

      I note that you've replaced some of the collapsed houses, but left other in situ. To me, this looks odd.

      Lastly, you seem to have left a very powerful power generator outside your settlement walls. From a purely tactical viewpoint, this is asking for trouble.

      Hello again. Yes, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. First the boat size. The boat doesn't come any smaller or bigger. It does provide a benefit to your settlements food production. But that being said I put it in the deepest part that I could. And I was told that there is a mod to deepen the river as it were. If people want they can either remove the boat or add the mod to deepen the waters. This is just a blueprint, and what people need for the settlement to work for them. They can add or lessen how they choose. In fact I'm kinda interested to see what people have tweeked to their individual taste. 

      Second question. There is a generator just outside of the Helipad. For the duration that I've had the settlement. (Which is years). I have never had one raider/ super mutant/ ghoul attack or damage anything in or out of the city. And the generator is raised by 2 concrete blocks off the ground. In fact the city doesn't even need the generator. But I thought it was important for the Minutemen to have one close to their headquarters. This is a personal choice. But also movable. The city is all linked by the wires. And yes the entire city and every generator. 

      Third question. As I stated in the summery. There is a 1/5 of the city that is clear. This is because I just couldn't think of anything else to put in there. But I will continue to add and improve on the city as time goes by. So I do plan to have updates coming in the future. As well as some of my other big builds. The one by the broken down one has houses all around it so its not bare. But again room for others to take my idea and run with it. I have a personal armory in the town as well.
