not to be mean, but SS is all but dead, so says Kingsgrath. i applaud your efforts and it's always nice to get better leaders but i suggest on doing it for SS2. where it is a bit different but Badly needed. i can never find descent 'Mayors' / leaders for SS2.
    Please consider SS2 Leaders...

I made this mod for myself 7 months ago before SS2 was even a thing
      :)

once I get a new game going I'll download SS2 and then I'll see about making a new leader pack for it
but it will probably be some time because I'm playing a few other games from my backlog atm

SS2 does not work well for large mod lists which also incorporate a lot of quests and AI changes.  I'm very glad to see this as I still run SS1.  SS2 is no Bueno for my load order.

-Synth Child: Settler beacon has a chance to attract child settlers.
-Ada: Settler beacon has a chance to attract robots in various forms, mainly base game and Nuka-World I suppose.
-Professor Goodfeels: Would be funny but not sure what he would do.

God this makes me wish there was a mod that fleshed out existing characters like this without all the Sims Settlements.

Professor Goodfeels repels all but deaf settlers. Groovy.

    Thanks.

I do have one game with SS2, but  the original SS does give me more replay value since I use one of the start over mods and don't play the original Nick or Nora.

    Nice.
