   So,does this ,mod add quotes from the witcher 3 or just somehow changes the voice form fallout to geralts(like same text,but his voice)?

       Yes it's allowed with Witcher assets and just had a moderator suggesting me to upload the assets to other games so modders can use it.

       you are free to use any witcher assets aslong as the user doesnt have to pay for it and they are noted in the credits.
