можно ставить. почему нет. если патч сделан для основной главы и некоторых аддонов, какая ему разница что ты доставишь ещё какие-то аддоны или главу 2.
There is an English patch for SS2. Why convert this one to English? Yes, and I usually put out what I did for myself. It takes hours of work to convert to the English version.
donations do not work in the English patch, I understand it must be hard to translate but would it be possible to make a bugfix mod for the donations without including the stuff that changes the text?
Can you kindly tell whether sim settlements 2 runs fine on vanilla horizon or not ? Is it only required for balancing or the game crashes without a patch ?

The discord address is in the description at the very bottom, the language of course changes, the patch was made for the Russian version of SimS 2. Conversion to the English version is rather laborious.
