That armor is mostly all heavy polymer combat armor with a synth chest piece and the under armor is a black BoS uniform, the combat armor texture has been modded to look cleaner and the synth armor has been retextured to be a similar style so it all fits well together. I did the synth field helm as well, it looks pretty cool when it's all together. (thats a lot more words than i expected to write..)

Can I ask what suit that is you are wearing. And is it a custom mod colour, as I haven't seen that outfit yet.
