Oh, i dont even know, but this is not reskin. i cant remember how i can add this items, but if you have esp explorer, you can get it. I think to anyway its crafting. Hair crafting too, its a headdress. Just i dont playng in this game long time and i cant remember how i get it. I hope i could help you with it)
