   thank you for this. radiation isn't really a big deal cause of the decontamination arch. but i always hated how i unlock an all powerful, immortality-giving, serum, just for it to make me catch diseases like nothing else. 
   
   sidenote, would it be possible for you to upload a separate/optional file that makes this *just* work for the mysterious serum? if not, i understand. thanks regardless!

      Yes, this is only something that shows up in Survival mode and as Derwan said, it makes it easier to get sick.
