Go to your Pip-Boy before using the workbench, and unequip the weapon. In my experience, CTDs are more rare this way. Keep trying until you succeed, it may take a few reboots of the game.
Glow sights has too much, blinding glow btw., even in a modded game, so you didn't lose anything. The rest of the sights are very well done - after you managed to apply them on the weapon, of course.
Love the mod, an excellent piece of work. Would it be possible to add an option to hold the weapon a little more like a rifle, the left hand in front of the magazine and the right more like a rifle grip. (The Chap who told me about how to use hold a sten had done so, Italy, Normady, and at Arnhem, he told me the feed wasn't good if you held the magazine, he also told me how to take out tanks, a remarkable man)
The L2A3 Sterling would be a great addition, the successor to the Sten, by all accounts a very reliable weapon.
The mod is wonderful, and the attention to detail is superb. Lovely animations and sounds, it's a real winner.
The only thing to make this perfect would be the player hand position moved as noted by drcyr - then it would a never-uninstall, auto-include on every playthrough, at least for me.
I love all this guys mods but they all have that horrible hand placement makes the guns unrealistic as you would find the weight all at the front and it would jump around. If he can make an anime with the left hand forward I would have all his weapons in my game, hears hoping...
Love the sten, especially suppressed but it could benefit from a steadier rate of fire, a bit of jump around and some custom sounds. I also don't like using the wardaddy scopes they look really out of place in fallout. Don't mind some retro ones like a Nydar one but that's not an option.

This time, please use reanimation addon in requirements.

Either way - fantastic work!
