I have been trying this mod out. So far, the raider PA is incredibly weak. I encountered Tessa down in Quincy and destroyed her with just small arms fire. Myself and two companions with automatic weapons tore her up in seconds. I threw a grenade at one and it killed them. I understand that Raider PA is weaker, it just seems too weak. Just my observations.
i don't really get involved with making any armor weaker than it is by default, but this kinda sounds interesting. do you plan rebalancing the modded armors?
Not sure how much effect this will have as the resistance formulas mean the only weapons noticeably impacted by your change will be the high damage ones such as the fat man and missile launcher.
I would be very interested in you giving the same treatment to the PA mods as I would love to use this mod but if I do then the modded PA will be leagues ahead of the vanilla armor.
