Updates Enclave spawns within Endless Warfare with integration of America Rising faction/armor.

This is a quick compatibility patch for Endless Warfare that fixes the Enclave spawns.
Namely, they'll now share the same faction with America Rising - A Tale of the Enclave's Enclave faction and use the armor skin from that mod. This extends to both wandering and companion spawns.
Update 8.16.2021:
Enclave Vertibirds are included in the new faction and have faction specific skins. May work on getting variable skins to spawn later.
Installation:
Drop into Data folder (for manual installatio)n or throw this into your overwrite folder (if using a mod organizer)
Make sure this is below Endless Warfare and America Rising in your load order.
