I rigged the outfits and ported them into fallout from other games and websites my self but i don't rightly have the permission from the companies to share them.
Thank you for this. Got sick of looking 35 no matter how young I try to make my character. If I want to look a little older, there's plenty of extra blemishes and markings available even without mods. I have no idea why Bethesda made the default face textures look so old.
Either this or the Refined Male Head Mesh (which is listed as a requirement) are causing the black face on NPC characters for me. Removing both of these mods fixed the problem.
"I'm just gonna leave it be now for I'm trying to work on a whole new mesh and 4k textures. So until then, enjoy whatever this mod is I guess." he said, never to upload again lmao
