What is this?
This is my personal layout for FallUI HUD.
I always like 3D elements or effects in a HUD but the 3D layout preset provided by FallUI HUD is too "on the nose" for my taste (I guess that's the intention to show off what's possible with the 3D feature of that mod), not to mention it shifted some of the UI widgets to a new position which is a bit inconvenient for me (I've grown to the vanilla UI positions).
That's why I created this layout, it's based on the vanilla UI positions with subtle 3D effects added to them.
This is my personal layout then I thought I might share it, who knows maybe out there some people like this kind of layout.
FallUI HUD?
If you've never heard of FallUI HUD, it's basically a modern, lightweight, and extremely customizable HUD mod that will make you spend more time customizing your HUD than playing the game (if you're like me anyway), and most importantly, it's very safe to install & uninstall since it only modifies the game's interface, not your save files.

How can I use this?
If you don't have MCM installed (and don't want it), please refer to FallUI HUD mod page to apply a layout without MCM.
Compatibility?
Compatible with anything since this is only a layout, even with other layouts for FallUI HUD!
Any incompatibility with FallUI HUD can be found on its own mod page, but generally, it's also compatible with anything except other HUD mods.
I've also left the crosshair and compass UI widget untouched to make my layout compatible with other mods that add a new UI element like AAF since most of those mods add their new UI by appending it to compass or crosshair.
Limitation?
Some elements like "Hold [V] to access the Workbench menu" or the vault boy animation do not support 3D.
Quicksave notification is not editable and sometimes will overlap with other in-game notifications (this also happens in vanilla HUD, not much I can do here).

How can I use this?
- Download and install this mod using your favorite mod manager.
- Install FallUI HUD (it can be installed with or without MCM, but I recommend installing the MCM as well to make it easier to apply downloaded layouts).
- Open FallUI HUD layout editor in MCM options and click "To Edit Mode" to enable the import feature.
- Click "Import Layout" and choose this layout (it should be called "Subtle 3D HUD by thekleptomaniac").
- Close the MCM menu and reload your save game (quick load sometimes will not refresh the new layout).
- Profit!
