Maldenmen no longer have their own separate "Cannibal Saw" weapon.
In base FROST, Federation and Maldenmen both reference the "LLI_Cannibal_Melee" leveled list, so Federation soldiers were capable of spawning with a cannibal saw which was not intended. Now all enemy types spawn with normal chainsaws.
