Renamed from "SVU Sniper" to "SVU"
Edited leveled list injection: The SVU can no longer spawn on survivors and the MP443 Grach can no longer spawn on Federation. Both can now be found in certain containers.
The standalone 9mm version is no longer supported. The 9mm patch is now available as an optional additional file.
