Description
Flags the custom radiation weathers from NAC X as precipitation weathers. This patch is only necessary if you play with either the precipitation or rad-storm only setting in the gas mask mod. Otherwise, the radiation storms from NAC X will not force you to wear a mask, making it UNIMMERSIVE
Load order?
load this after Fallout 2287 and NAC X

I've done minimal testing. let me know if there's any unintended changes
