My butt seriously hurts...
Last night i realized that aside from 3 bathroom breaks i was in my seat for 22 hours straight (no sh!t)....I even forgot to eat :P
This location was on the back burner as an idea 3 years ago but i knew it needed A LOT of work so i kept putting it off.
Then came "Drivinghard"....that wanted a mod in that location and gave me a push...(well it isnt where the pic shows bro......i had a better idea :P )
The location is NOTHING compared to what it was.
The terrain is seriously changed (hence the "Cove" in its name :P )
I rebuilt the 3 houses that were garbage and added a lot more.
Its basically a small harbor town and even has a general store .
For the player ...your own little private island and a house with a beautiful view...
Explore the area ....even behind the houses ( you might find something interesting :P )
Also CAUTION !! i left all the bad guys intact.
Thats all im saying...Its worth finding things for yourself....
The mod is about 17 cells large (it occupies more than sanctuary because its done AROUND water ).
It sits between the Crab infested "settlement" and the big Greenies at the waste dump...so to start up the settlement and not get dead :P...first setup the turrets that only need connecting...
Some tips :
a) start the workbench
b) go to the turrets next to you and power them up and then to the far side (next to the farm) and do those as well.
c)connect the purifier
d) now you can power up the Beacon (on the roof).
Ive left a little note on the workbench on how do to some stuff...
Issues:..Nothing so far and i tested with multiple saves ( except one that i knew had a problem even in mystic pines but i tried it to make sure and now i can trash it...)
Hell...just go and have fun ..
