Ok! Dear mod author! I'm not going to say that your chosen track is perfect for the Fallout main menu, but you did an amazing job uploading your mod. Thank you for that!
Now, here is what I've done.
1. I've downloaded your mod.
2. I have Davinci Resolve Studio. Using that, I recorded The Division 2 Soundtrack - The Beginning Is the End, converted it to wav file with the highest bit ratio (32 bit). File size is massive, but that doesn't matter as I'm after quality. Then I replaced your wav file with mine, and changed my wav file name to the one provided in your mod (mus_maintheme.vaw).
3. Installed the mod with replaced file.
4. Started the game and OMG! IT SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!
Funny part is that your mod is not even necessary to replace the main menu music. Only folder tree structure is important. I'm not 100 per cent sure if the wav file name matters, but I renamed my file to mus_maintheme.vaw just to be sure it works. You only need the tools to record your prefered music and to convert it to vaw file.
So folder tree structure with the vaw file inside shoud be next: Music > Special > mus_maintheme.vaw
Now, if you're using Mod Organizer 2, it has a magic folder called 'Overwrite'. You can access it by clicking on 'Show Open Folders Menu' (at the top of MO2 above the mod list), then select 'Open Instance Folder'. In the opened window find and open 'overwrite' folder. Copy your 'Music' folder with your file inside (remember the structure: Music > Special > mus_maintheme.vaw) in there and close it. Mod Organizer 2 should come up with warning saying 'There are files in your Overwrite mod directory', triangle warning sign at the top right section of the Mod Organizer 2. If it didn't, just refresh MO2. Now, go to your mod list and go to the very bottom of it to find your 'Overwite' directory. It should be in red. Right-click on it and select 'Create Mod'. In a poped up window give your mod a name. Can be anything. Hit 'Save'. All the warnings are gone now as by creating the mod you moved files from overwrite directory to your newly created mod. Congrats! You've done it! Now activate your mod and start the game.
Zipping files into 7z or rar format is not required when adding them through overwrite directory. Only the folder tree structure is important, and it will vary for different mod types.
