A once useless and dead location is now yours to bring to life.
This is a overhaul and has been made into a settlement as well.
The build area is HUGE and reaches down to the lake. Ive even flattened surrounding areas to allow placement of new buildings..

Hello again !
Here is the Mystic Pines project i had in the works...
Its a settlement and overhaul of the main building.
Ill be honest...this one broke my nerves with the settlement data setup due to it being a location in itself..
So dont wonder why the workshop is where it is and why spawns come from the back...It was intentional to make it work.
OK enough complaining....
Here is what we have...
a) a gigantic build area (look at the photos)
b)Building has been redone and expanded (roof access,basement)...BTW careful in the basement...:P
Central area is now a domed and romantic room with a hint of moonlight...perfect for a nice Bar maybe..
c) added some ready jobs like a clinic and food service (assignable) and a lot of fruit.
A few of the guard barriers are also guard posts (also assignable)
d) a loyal dog ( DONT SHOOT IT !!! )which should also help defend...
plenty of turrets setup and all you have to do is connect them to the power ive put very close to each cluster..
e) plenty of power in the form of connectors but all have a a little sign over them so you can tell them apart.
CAUTION...You have to connect an item FROM the item TO the gen/connector (details in the pics)
f) i have all ready provided a Beacon to use next to the workshop... Ive done this so you USE THAT ONE IN THAT AREA
(Its a technical issue)
