I increased the volume of the heartbeat sound so you're still able to hear it in a heavy gunfight. It's supposed to be a warning and a reminder for low and/or critical health. That's the reason why they're slower than they'd be in real.
Use your prefered mod manager to install.
If you prefer manual installation: 1. Download and extract the file to your Fallout 4 main directory folder. 2. Overwrite when asked.
