Ann is a character preset loosely based on Ann Perkins, from Parks and Recreation.
Why?
I've found that I get the best results from the character creator if I try to base them on real faces, and when I created Ann I'd recently seen Parks and Rec for the first time! Whether or not I get close, it helps me to avoid creating x50 Noras, as without a model to work off, I tend to make the same face over and over again.
Who is Fallout 4's Ann?
Ann grew up in Diamond City. In early adulthood she ran a small tinkering shop, collecting scrap and gizmos, restoring them into something useful, then selling them on, or just repairing other people's gizmos for them. While scavenging through pre-war ruins, she learned how to be stealthy, and picked up some expert marksmanship skills.
When Mayor McDonough banned ghouls from the city, she left in protest. She established her new home in Taffington Boathouse, where she continued tinkering, building robots, modding weapons, and the like. She met Curie in Vault 88, and the two are now living together.
Eventually she fell in with the Railroad. Her stealthy, sniping combat style suited their needs, while their mission - to stand up for the downtrodden, especially synths - suited her.
There are Anns in an infinite number of parallel dimensions, though. Their backstories and skills are as varied as the multiverse itself! Who will she be in yours?
What will I need to make this work?
Fallout 4 Script Extender - It's a requirement of LooksMenu, below.
LooksMenu - Ann is a LooksMenu preset, so you can't do anything with it unless you've got LooksMenu!
Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer - CBBE - That's what the preset was built with, at least.
Commonwealth Cuts - KS Hairdos - ApachiiSkyHair - This is where Ann's hair comes from!
The Eyes of Beauty Fallout Edition - This is where Ann's eyes come from. She needs those.
The skin used is Oni Face and Full CBBE.
Please let me know if anything doesn't work, but it should work fine!
How do I install it?
Just extract the contents into your Fallout 4 installation folder.
To actually use it in-game, while in the main character creation menu press the "R)" key to open the presets menu, and pick 'Ann' from the list.
