Having played pool in real life and from watching my father do it when I was younger, I'd like to give you credit for doing a great job, congrats on great work.
Thought the Americans had different balls (well, maybe they have, but ain't gonna check on those), somehow, as your retextures have the exact same patterns and colours our pool-balls have down the pub.
Even though I really like the original, and like the style with the white stripe... Until there's an HD version of that, I will keep to this mod. I find it weird when most other things are retextured to higher quality and the pool balls are not. But I would appreciate a version with the original looks, in the same quality as this mod if you ever feel bored and wanna retexture pool balls again.
"You may have noticed that the vanilla pool balls look like spherical easter eggs, completely unlike any real life version ever" -- mm137
I've been playing pool for close to 45 years, and have seen a lot of balls that look like the vanilla ones... actually have a 9-ball like that on my dresser. Seems like a lot of the tables when I was younger, had balls like that, so it may be a time-period thing -- may have been from the '50s?
You should also scale up the 'Rack' object, since the balls don't fit in it. I think the balls look about the right size, so I left them alone, but I manually scaled up the rack in my game by 1.4 and now it actually works as a rack. I tried a smaller number (1.333), but even though it was a closer fit, the rack would explode on a reload.
Too bad it's also upside-down by default, but it's easy enough to flip it manually. I don't know anyone who doesn't put the flared side against the cloth.
Edit: The pool cues are also too small, hmm. I'd say they need to be scaled up as much as the rack, maybe more. 1.5 maybe.
Love the mod, btw. I don't know where they have pool balls that look like the vanilla ones, but it sure ain't in the states. As a pool player, it was driving me batty. The table in the game is modeled on a Brunswick Anniversary, which is a version of Brunswick's original centennial table, the Gibson, but with aluminum-clad corners and skirts for better wear and tear than the Gibson. I have a Gibson that I love, so seeing its armored sibling in my settlement is like a bit of home. Especially with correct ball textures. Cheers.

Thanks mm137, endorsed mate

Love the new textures. They look exactly like the pool balls at the local pub/pool hall. Thank you!
Always good to have choices though.
If you think those look like easter eggs, check out this set from the 20's

Anyway, I love your mods. Keep up the good work
