I have a weird issue, I'm like level 11 now and only crap stuff is spawning like only pipe weapons and 10mm pistols. I can't tell if it's broken or I'm just too low level.
This is fun, but honestly, it gets a bit too easy after a while. Even with 1 Endurance on Very Hard, having a full set of Sentinel gear, Mk3 Ballistic Weave and the Padded mod meant I could use an automatic explosive pipe weapon at point blank range in VATS without taking noticeable damage. Even outside of VATS, I could do it and take a manageable level of damage. I also had 3 different Sentinel melee weapons if I wanted to be even harder to kill, or several Relentless melee weapons if I just wanted to be able to stop worrying about AP altogether. Or I could have donned a complete set of Chameleon gear I had lying around and been death in the night even while crouching close enough to the enemy to touch them. And I was only level 14.
That said, it did let me play with a bunch of legendary mods that I normally don't get to. Freezing (ranged variant) especially was way better than I ever realized before on a high Luck build.
Works in Fallout London for most stuff. Turrets are also legendary and drop loot. All the other make everything legendary mods broke fallout london at the end of the intro.
Mod is greatly challenging and fun and i like the difficulty it adds. it has also made me realise how trash some legendary effects are and how common said trash effects are. but i would like to report a bug with the Far harbour DLC. due to the fact that every robot detonates on impact, its almost impossible for the data insects to get the memories and come back because they just die once the interceptors get shot down due to the explosion. this also causes the laser turrets to aggro unto the player and eventually killing the player
This is a fun mod. I was surprised that it was actually balanced. On one hand, you can get every legendary effect; on the other, you're always fighting the elite version of every enemy. I did the main quest, siding with the Minutemen, and found defending the castle was a challenge, as was the final fight at the reactor. I would be one-shot occasionally, but perhaps that would happen without the mod when encountering the same legendary enemies. Thanks.
Is posible to make a version which only increase porbability to find legendary enemies even low levels too? I wanted to know because in my ps4 enemies dropp near to the same legendary effect repetitively and i think that that break a lot things. For that i wanted to know if is posibly only increase probability to find legendary enemies.
This works straight away in vault 111 so that's awesome. You don't have to wait until level 8 either (for legendary enemies to start spawning) like some of the other mods. Thanks for making this.
Edit: I am curious how difficult it would be to merge this mod with other mods such as Quantum Creatures which would also make them always legendary. I did take a look at this mod in FO4Edit but I really have no idea what to look for.
