Reworked the entire mod. 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, and 1 Year modified/added.
If you're using the previous version of this mod or its varients, it's totally fine and they don't need updated. You'll experience no conflicts if not upgrading. You'll also experience no conflicts if replacing the old version with a new one or a changed speed. Totally fine for mid-playthroughs.
I looked at the mod in xedit and it works just fine without the nuclear physicist perk because it also edits 2 other files responsible for fusion core power drain based on AP drain and seconds spent running. It seems to just set the sprint AP multiplier in power armor to 1 in the perk files however I did not see such a multiplier in the vanilla files and the mod works just fine when other mods overwrite the perk files so yeah. No idea why that modifier was added.
