Good news everyone, I've uploaded a fix for the CBBE skirts
The only problem is with a bit of clipping, particularly behind the right shoulder. I've no idea how to fix this, mainly due to my lack of Fallout 4 mesh editing skills, what I did fix though, is you can now see your butt, rather than just a pair of shins. (Yeah, no idea why Caliente decided to only provide a pair of shins with the rest of the model under the dress deleted with his mesh, but that is how the dress is modeled, go figure)
Once I am able to understand how to edit meshes using Blender or something, I'll update this with less clipping. (No idea when that'll be possible)
I m using "PreWar Dress Retex" mod now. It gives 3 variants of dresses lenght, all of them are able to craft, legs are OK. Maybe you can ask the author what to do with legs ... Unfortunately this mod cant use undies, so my girls are naked there )
The skirt doesn't show up at all for any version. Also, there's a lot of clipping for some reason. The feet clip through the shoes and the stomach/chest clips through the top.
The skirt isn't an extra clothing part, it just makes the dresses shorter. It appears to be working as it should in your image. Not much can be done about the clipping with me going through an updating all of the clothing to the latest CBBE version. I made this mod quite awhile ago on an older version of CBBE.
I know it's not an extra clothing part, I mean the skirt part of the dress is just not there. Like I said, I downloaded the longer version of the skirts, but in the picture, it's shorter than even the shortest version. It's more like a shirt than anything, and I don't know what's causing it.

I was having awful clipping with this so I decided to check out the outfit in Outfit Studio. I decided to use the default textures because I didn't care if the outfit looked right, as long as I could see the mesh. Turns out, the rest of the skirt is still there on the model, you just don't see if because of the texture. Nutty's customized mesh is also optimized for larger bodies so thinner bodies get a lot of clipping. I used the CBBE mess for the dress and now it looks great (plus it has underwear with the CBBE mesh). The CBBE mesh has a tiny bit of clipping on the skirt when you sneak, but much less than Nutty's mesh.
Ok I've found out why: The character mesh the prewar skirts uses has been modified around the model of the dress. They seem to have modelled the body around the dress, instead of the dress around the body (for some reason lol).
Fixed the issue: I used Outfit Studio to replace the 'dodgy' body with the default body and modelled the dress around it. Can provide the file if you want?
I'm currently experiencing a glitch: The textures are indeed trimmed higher, but the difference between the vanilla and the mod is just black - it isn't trimmed shorter?
So um... I've been using the mod for a few months, and yesterday I downloaded the CBBE fix and ever since then, this has been happening...

Random raiders and caravan guards are spawning with your skirts on, and sometimes they're just wearing leather over-armor with their underwear with the skirt in their inventory anyways. I really don't know why this is happening but it's pretty funny. Still would like to fix it though lmao
Do the skirts appear in their inventories? If they do, that isn't a problem with this mod. It is a problem with one of the mods that edits your leveled lists. Since this mod only replaces the skirt models and nothing else. If not, I'll look into this.
I just looked over the picture again, it looks like that skirt is the bloody version. Which isn't normally set to be a playable skirt for the player, one of the mods in your load order is modifying it to appear in the raiders inventories. It looks like there is a name of a mod within the [] brackets at the end of the skirt name.
hello using cbbe and your cbbe patch, the legs & skirt length are fine, however there is the issue of nipples protruding through the dress (immediately noticeable on player's wife - start new game, then you just accept the default male char look at her and see). Any way I can solve this or does this need intervention on your side i.e. mesh edit?
I've been enjoying the mod. Until today. After installing the CBBE body, all the ladies wearing those nice, short skirts are invisible between where the original length of the dresses would fall and where the modded versions end.
I'll try the latest version and get back to you on whether it works with the new texture.
Still love the mod, and I recognize that it isn't your fault that it clashes with a mod that only released yesterday.
Hah, when I looked at the meshes Caliente has provided for those particular outfits, he actually has deleted that entire section of the CBBE body (No idea why)

If you mean it now crashes the game, it is probably because this mod is old.
