it seems this mod only changes the texture of the mannequins, if that's true then you'll have no problem using both mods, but if it's a new kind of mannequin instead of vanilla ones with different textures, my mod won't work on them...
Can you make this adjustable? So we can say a percentage of the Mannequins are Synths instead of all of them?
Maybe make it in increments?
1%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%?
That way it isn't overwhelming, as spray and pray in tight areas can get overwhelming with synths, as there are millions of these mannequins everywhere.

do the synths spawn in out of nowhere so looks weird? ie a disappearing mannequin and then an appearing synth? or is there some sort of animation of the mannequin getting up & turning into a synth? and so the synths look like the previous mannequin?
its a good idea but i fear its the sudden spawning in synth option
It's as if you threw the synth relay grenade if that gives you any idea. It happens when a projectile hits a mannequin.
A change that I made and personally recommend is giving the synths the melee synth loadout and giving them some of the mannequin clothing to balance it out a little.
