   This stupid sound effect is so damn obnoxious on a male character that I'm starting to regret unlocking this perk. The female version is fine with me, it never really bothered me at all, but the male version is annoying as hell. I'll gladly install this mod so I no longer have to put up with that moronic laughter, thank you very much.

   I tried another "mod" that did this and it failed to work at all.
   
   So my question is a simple one, I hope:
   
   I do not have a FALLOUT4.ini -- but a FALLOUT4_default.ini. I am guessing these are 1 and the same??
   
   It had the line to be edited in the Fallout4_Default.ini - but as stated the other mod simply did not remove the stupid mood breaking annoying sound.
   
   So any help would be much appreciated before I try this again. I simply at this time use the console to just remove that perk.
