That's so funny cause that is exactly what my PC does, but I don't have the mod installed. :) Anybody know if this is part of mod like Community Fixes Merged or the likes?
Hola @LeahTheUnknown, for some reason I'm not getting any animations with this active, and my toon takes all 5 doses of everything at once. He must be a dopehead, which is fine, but can you look into installing working animations e.g. from the animated chems mods por favor?
Greetings i was interested in knowing how easy could be to implement these effects to other drinks from other mods, it would require me to touch stuff from the script?
You would have to create partial chems for all the drinks you wanted to implement it for, then create magic effects for each chem to give you the next on in line.
Yeah I started to patch out all the drinks I have from other mods and it's incredibly easy to do (just a bit slow process but's that's usually the price of immersion) I thank you a lot for creating a great and simple system that can be just picked up with ease for patching needs.
can you add the purified and dirty water to the list of consumables? it seems odd that i have to drink a whole can of purified water just to get rid of thirst when a single can or even half should do.
Any chance you can make a patch so this works with "Animated Chems Redone"? I tried myself but I am not very talented with modding atm and it didnt seem to work even though i thought i did it right. I simply made your mod a master and copied all your added partial items into the "animated chems" mod then added them to the quest it uses but sadly does not work.
The problem is when I use the initial item from your mod, the "animated chems" mod will animate it (i.e. Buffout - 6 Doses), however for Buffout - 5 Doses through Buffout - 1 Doses I get no animation as the mod does not detect these items as the original. I don't think it's too complicated to do and I'm sure you have way more knowledge than me on the subject. If you can't find the time I understand and will make it work some how some way.. (:

I'm currently working through some real life stuff and I'm off my modding game. I'd be happy to take a look at this when I get a chance. Unfortunately, I can't make any promises at this point.
Not sure if this is interacting poorly with something (I've moved it to the very bottom of my load order) Perhaps Fallsouls? But it's not working at all for me, all portions/doses get taken at once. I remember a mod like this on NV that worked by just, having a script per item that would add the next item in the chain to your inventory - not sure if the game being unpaused could effect that?
It was always in the back of my head that it was ridiculous for us to drink multiple entire bottles of liquor or consume a whole tin of literal drugs. Like surely people have heard of overdoses, right?
