   i put, help cloud 4 armo on console but nothing appear...
   oh did it to work, i put > help soldier 4 armo, and it appears the fatigues!

      someone who is more experienced with palletes and things is very welcome to try on their own, but im very limited in my knowledge of that stuff

   Now we just need Barret outfit with Arm Minigun (Handgun) Red XIII (Dogmeat Replacer) and Shinra Marines Outfit with weapons and a actual working magic system.
   
   Someone already made Tifa Body Face, Hair and Outfit and there are 2 mods that can change your or NPC Unarmed Fighting style close to what Tifa uses.

      Well I don't want to promise anything but I've already started converting Preston Garvey to Barrett, and Dogmeat to REDXIII. Piper is of course TIfa Lockhart but the armor/hair i'm using for her isn't mine.
