This is Cloud Strife's hair and outfit ported from Final Fantasy mobius into Fallout 4, this is a conversion of a Cloud Strife playable race from Skyrim and took a considerable amount of tinkering to get correct.
UPDATE 1.2:
-Textures are fixed
-Female Cloud hair added(Glitches on Load so you may need to enter the console to unbug)
Working on the CBBE version of the SOLDIER outfit for the female variant.

NOTE: Because Skyrim handles gloves differently than fallout 4 I couldn't port the gloves over, It would require a significant amount of reweighing finger vertices and i simply don't have the time or energy.
