      That's part of a Sim Settlements plot, nothing I can do about. But it's not unusual for people in the wasteland to put in their home or work any kind of decoration or sign they find in the wastes.

      A salon used to be a place where men could drink and smoke cigars. Its an old timey word that was made new.
