Level one save With Pre built Red Rocket. Completely Vanilla, No Mods needed. Just DLC's

Back Story.
After Finally finishing Red Rocket as a transfer settlement blueprint i started a new playthrough to both test the settlement and make sure it is all Vanilla. No mods.
Good looking female character Named Caroline. (The Collector) Level 1.
Left Vault 111 with only a baton picked up, Needed something to eliminate the Vault's Rad Roaches.
No health lost and no radiation taken.
Headed directly to RR, Greeted the dog and immediately left. This stops the mole rats from spawning so no mole hills.
After a quick rest i returned to RR and transferred the Blueprint then immediately left again.
After a 48 hour wait i checked in on RR (Unmodded) and all is good. Saved.
This save file requires just the DLC's No other mod's required.

Oh, And did i mention how gorgeous Caroline is.
