I'm going to be moving all support for my city plans over to the CM (Collective Modding) discord, and specifically, the -ss2-addons-city-plans channel on there. Discussion and comments will be locked on here from now on. Bug reports can still be submitted if necessary.
As far as I can tell it's about a half-dozen plots spread out over all the maps, so I think we'll be OK. If you have a missing plot the game will just substitute a different one. No big deal unless the new plot is some horrible monstrosity.

You have wonderful city plans, they are very beautiful, they look natural and natural for the world in which there was the Atomic Holocaust, and people want to adapt and survive. In Sanctuary Hills, FPS is consistently 45-60 frames. (But I love shadows. Sharp shadows. Long distance. At 1660ti).

I'm having an other issue right now running 1.4.1 with Tennpennis Bluff. I can select it, it builds up everything and the people start building there. The first time I (fast) travel back to the town, after the settlers have build their homes, everything explodes and is erased.
Yes, this has been reported in that city plan mod as well. It appears the mod was posted incorrectly, and it is missing the L1 plan proper. Until I get a chance to relocate all my save files and remake it, I'm afraid it isn't going to get fixed. Its on my list :)
Are you sure they are all soft requirements? I tried to create Red Rocket City Plan with only ILS & PRA installed and it crashed in the planning phase every time. EDIT: and apparently Vault-Tec Tools & Wasteland Ventures SS2 (forgot I had those ^^')

Ah, Red Rocket. Yeah, I need to go back and fix that. I was originally using a mod that had some additional walls and stuff in it that is kind of broken and I need to go back and fix it. This is the only city plan that used those though. Thanks for the reminder. I'll jump on that and re-release shortly.
@zhinjio Did you get a chance to go in and fix the Red Rocket issues? I looked at your posted changelog and it doesn't mention it .I am looking forward to being able to use it. Thanks in advance and thanks for sharing your creations with us.
When building the plans only use 1 of the municipal power poles or boxes that get the power from the power plots. Any more then 1 can good up the power output or just not register with the plot. Not saying the plans don’t work just that only 1 of the power poles that transfer power from the plots is needed and when more then 1 are used it can effect the power grid.
on a side not I’ve used a few of your plans and like them good work. I like the more simple plans that don’t drop my FPS by 20 just looking at them. Plus the layouts are well done and easy to move around.
I've gone back and reviewed all the mods that had power "issues" and I've fixed everything except Red Rocket and Sanctuary. I need to go back and revisit those two and clean them up. Thanks for the tips. I've found a couple mods that also help "audit" power issues to make sure you are clean before you release, so this shouldn't happen again.
right on and thanks i use this dudes ?number 5 power grid tool to help check for issues with my stuff. also i forgot but ill endorse the city plans they where pretty good.
I'd like to request that you place the add-on pack requirements on this mod file page. You have them listed on the individual cityplans, but it's kinda PITA to check the individual cityplan requirements etc.

And thanks! That was definitely the goal. At least until I get my new PC, I'm pretty constrained and need things to be lightweight and performant.
