   I´m confused
   where should I make changes to k-9vest_mk2.esp file after the *K9TacticalHarness.esp
   You mean in the documentsfolder Fallout4config or Fallout4Custom or Fallout4Prefs
   the Path you described is nonexcistend on my Desktop
