I'm going to be moving all support for my city plans over to the CM (Collective Modding) discord, and specifically, the -ss2-addons-city-plans channel on there. Discussion and comments will be locked on here from now on. Bug reports can still be submitted if necessary.
Really like the less ramshackle designs....(they are called plans after all).
However, having a lot of issues with building this - stable game, not too many mods - just took starlight.
The level zero seems to have issues powering up.
Edit: after much testing, it seems like the power station is not actually producing power. When I ran power poles to the generator next to it - things powered up - but the power station (the windmill) was not contributing to the grid, even though it is built, and the status says producing 45 power.
Things tried; refreshing city - did not help. refreshing plot - did not help. changed to different power plot - did not help.
The only thing I can think of is that I do not have power plots unlocked yet in the quest line - but I have bypass locks on .
This should not be an issue however (my interior power plot at tenpines works just fine).
Make sure you have the municipal power pole/brick still and that IT is connected to your grid. Regardless of what power plots you have, and whether their poles are connected to the grid of not, it is actually the municipal pole that "generates" the power from plots in range.
