So yeah, I put Giancarlo into Fallout 4. Took me about an hour, if not more. But I'd say it's worth it.
Installation:
Vortex: Copy Giancarlo.json to Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets.
Mod Organizer: Copy Giancarlo.json to ModOrganizer\(name chosen during setup)\mods\looksmenu\f4se\plugins\f4ee\presets
