This was kind of a passion project of mine since I'm a bit of a fan of Giancarlo, so unfortunately no. I can however give you a few tips on how to do it yourself:
You should get at least two reference pictures: One front facing shot and one 45 degrees side angle. It's also a good idea to put on some music whilst you're at it, as it's gonna take at least an hour to get things right. I personally recommend Hotline Miami 1's OST. If you're going to upload it, I also recommend playing with your newly created character for a bit. This is because you'll probably notice some mistakes you made.
