An under-rated mod. With the exception of the Minutemen bandana, I hadn't really paid any attention to bandanas. I mostly use them with Dogmeat. Such an obvious fix for such an eyesore.
I knew something didn't look right, with all those stars. So I haven't used that bandanna in my playthrough ever. I had been using the Skull instead. And now (the joke), there is a target where to shoot, to shut them up... hehehe Seriously tho, this looks more like Common Wealth Aura. Large star representing the capitol, and the smaller stars to represent the multitude of settlements that surround it. *That's without reading the wiki link, and the way I rationalize it*
Actualy its not a lore issue , because in fallout there was a moment when the USA had the current flag and then changed it , so this bandana is from that point in history
It's actually worse than that. The rows of stars on the original bandana texture are aligned perfectly, a characteristic of the 48-star flag in use from 1912 (when Arizona and New Mexico became states), to 1959 when Alaska Joined. That flag had the stars in a 8x6 grid. The 49-star and 50 star flags have the rows offset.
So it's not even a case where they used a modern US flag by accident!
Not to mention that awful texture stretching. Is it a bungee-bandanna or what?
