Fixes the textures on the synth eyes so they're in line with the eyes as used by synths (in original mod they are too small)

this has bugged me for a zillion years and im finally fixing it.
Original textures in that mod have the synth eyes looking smaller than the synth eyes as used by synths. This is because the light ring was sized to fit the pupil, not the iris.
Requires original mod, install after that one. Overwrites textures. This is for the bethesda version, not either of the alternatives.
