    UPDATE 2.0 Features

    To update shut down the quest via holotape then select restart.

    NOT COMPATIABLE WITH PET ANY DOG
    I built a system that functions similarly.
     
    Stage 4 has been replaced with Visual Hallucinations

    Night Terrors now happen at stage 2 rather then stage 3

    10 new sound FX for auditor hallucinations and catch to prevent the same line being played back to back

    Nuka Cola now improves mental health

    Lover's embrace improves mental health IF you get your 8 hours of sleep (to prevent spamming).

    Petting Dogmeat or Other wild dogs (with animal friend perk level 1)
    Will improve your mental health. This action can be preformed once every 24 hours.

    Traveling with Dogmeat/having him as active companion will improve your mental health.
    You must travel with him continually/having him as active companion for 6 hours It will improve your mental health by 1 for each 6 hours. 
    You will receive a small notification in the corner "Dogmeat loves you".

    i like this mod but the option to disable the hud effect does not work unless i get in power armor with/without the perk

    you should make it so that alcohol and drugs only help mental health while under the effects of them instead of them curing it.

    Amazing mod! I do think it would be neat to have a mode where chems and alcohol can have no effect or even make trauma worse. I have no experience in modding so I have no clue if this is even possible/the difficulty of implementing it, but I think a temporary boost to mental health that leaves when the effect of the substance wears off would be an interesting addition, or even one that adds trauma when the player goes into chem/alcohol withdrawal.

    The only thing that I hate about this mod is the focus vision, It's like a cheat, in my opinion, wish we could disable that

    Uninstalled this mod and i still have a perma targeting hud on, playing my playthrough with it cause its OP but its damn annoying. i really wanted this mod to function properly but the hud toggle options dont work (it says "improve your mental health before toggling off" but i took 70000 antidepressants and still nothing.

    Love this mod, only problem is the dreams because it causes some problems if using a needs mod. For example i can't sleep if i get tped to a new cell when i try to sleep but i can just disable sleep needs. all in all great mod!

    Really well done,makes a survival playthrough leagues better,you can now roleplay as an paranoid schizophrenic murder hobo roaming the wasteland. Endorsed. If the author could add some voice lines where the character just yells blood thirsty comments or taunts like the raiders of the wasteland whilst in combat that'd be truly amazing.

      You shoudl try Player Comments and Head Tracking, it adds combat taunts. I also recommend Running Breathing and Cough mods. They pair well with this. Truly makes the game intense.

      Player Comments and Head Tracking is probably the most unnecessarily script heavy mod ever made. It causes soooo many issues and for what, really? I would highly recommend against using it - unless of course you are a fan of save bloat.

      Getting back into Fallout 4... head tracking & comments is one of my favorites.

    Just wanted to report this. Probably not a bug. Probably a mod conflict. Entering hypervigilance causes my character to unequip all rings. Once hyper vigilance is over I can re equip rings again. Anybody knows a workaround for this let me know. Great work!

      Hypervigilance uses the ring slot to force equip the effect. If you want to change it you can change the bodypart slot under the armo reference in fo4edit. Just use a bodypart you don't have an item equipped to
