I have never heard of this error in this mod.
It doesn't look like an issue that is related to this mod.
The code of this mod will only be executed at game startup.
If this mod causes the problem, the game will crash at startup.

EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION is likely to be a memory or program issue.
I found some solutions, hope they work for you

done fixing...i manually adjusted into above normal instead of high so no more CTD....btw im using windows 11..
maybe it some compatibility issues about windows not the game mod or the hardware itself...
      also tnx for respond.

Can anyone help I currently have 156 mods running, a 3060 super 12 g vram ,AMD 5600 x, 32 gigs of RAM and when I first enter Bunker Hill Im dipping from 60 down to low 20's but as soon as I get past the tall monument I jump back up into the high 50's, can anyone tell me what's going on why I'm getting large dips like that and if there's a mod to help with bunker hill. Would it also help to lower my quality from ultra to high, thank you.

    Just wanna say that it plummets my performance, and does it in a very weird way, as the game actually runs faster with ENB on than with ENB off while having this activated;
My game runs at 60fps interiors, 45 ~ 60 in exteriors, and with this mod I had hopes of making the exterior play a little bit better, or at least diminish loading stutter.
But when using this, the game has moments of single digit fps even in interior cells, hovering around 8 to 15 fps. Crazy part is, if I turn ENB on, I get a ~50% boost in performance (up to 30fps interiors, 15 ~ 20 in exteriors).
Haven't changed any setting, but I have 1500+ mods running, so my problems might be because of some incompatibility.
Don't get me wrong, I take full responsibility for having a mess of a game lol, just wanted to share this weird behavior on a heavily modded game.

is there something like this for Fallout 4? I have a distinct sinking feeling that windows keeps closing my game because I'm running my gaming PC off a 30 amp RV, and it's constantly at 100% power usage. this mod fixed the issue with fallout NV, now do 4 please!!! wait a second.... HOLD UP... why am I already in fallout 4? I downloaded this for NV. I have it enabled in NV. this isn't real. none of this is real. this is a simulation. they turned on that damned particle accelerator again... this isn't my reality.

Normally I'd say don't mess with CPU priority.  Above normal and higher are reserved for critical system processes.  But I tried it and got a significant fps boost in downtown Boston.   One tip tho, this plugin seems to only change priority for the launcher, you need to also edit the .ini for the 32 bit app as well (odd, and here I thought the game was 64-bit.  More obfuscation from bethesderp)

After that it works wonders.  Absolutely recommended.

Yeee there are some wierd corrolations there, if either .exe is set to run as Admin it will conflict with F4SE sporadically.

Also if you got some brass balls set them to Real Time Priority.

Tested this mod on vanilla game alongside High FPS physics fix mod, and definitely something weird is going on. Problem is with starting new game, you know, you load to menu, start new game, and wait for the intro movie/mirror scene. Both mods run fine when separate, but when combined, the game will not load, or the load time will be very long. I monitored VRAM, and it is clear that this mod slows down VRAM loading. Why is this happening? Maybe HIGH FPS Physics fix mod utilize process priority somehow? Either way i had to disable your mod.
Manually setting priority cause the same problem, so it seems it's not your mod in the end.

I'm also using ENB if that matters, but otherwise no mod was used during testing.

I use a lot of "tech, engine, bug fix" mods, including the one you mentioned, and the game runs very well for me. However, I do not have the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch installed.
I also have Horizon and Horizon v1.8 Immersive Survival System.

I'm too crashing with UFO4P ver. 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 in certain areas so its repeatable but not with 2.1.3 with the same load order in the same game areas so what gives? Don't like putting bug reports on UFO4P pages coz you'll only get bombarded with fanboys snarky comments...
